![]() ![]() read more about raw edges’ ‘horah’ project here Inspired by the israeli dance, and reflecting on the themes of light and sociability, ‘horah’ is a 30 piece illuminated, kinetic, glass installation, that explores the theme of repetition with a lighting installation that is imbued with an essential quality in the dance: conviviality. The pieces all together create a small glass galaxy with ‘echo’ as the sun, the glass city as the earth, and the ‘horah’ lamps as four faraway planets. ‘inspired by the origins of the universe, the illuminated sculpture plays music that is evocative of the gravitational waves coming from black holes’, explains the creative team. ![]() Īlso designed by studiopluz, the ‘echo’ lighting sculpture is meant to reflect sound. ![]() ‘kosmogonos’ is a series of glass works inspired by deep space, and the emotions experienced while gazing at the night skyįollowing on from the successful collaboration at the 2018 salone del mobile, wonderglass and studiopluz team up once again to present an exhibition that creates a world inspired by the wonders of the universe through the prism of glass.
